Do you offer any long-term discounts? Yes! You may pay for your rent 3 months in advance to receive 5% off, 6 months 7% off, or pay 12 months to get 10% off! Do I need insurance? You are solely responsible for items that you place in your storage unit. SafeLock in Ann Arbor has an optional insurance plan available for our tenants to purchase, however, many homeowners and renters policies will cover self storage units; usually up to a certain limit (you should check with your provider to be certain).
